Who we are

This website is run by Great Expectations Consulting KFT, Zrínyi köz 6, 7020 Dunaföldvár, Hungary (company registration no. 17-09-013342, tax no. 32039854-2-17). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@greatexpectationsconsulting.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) for security and operation. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and no longer than two years unless the law requires otherwise.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. It is processed only by us and by our web hosting and email provider, which stores it on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or ask us to restrict it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu).
